What is SPC Hybrid Flooring?

Our SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) hybrid vinyl flooring is an eco-friendly, high-performance floating floor system, engineered with a rigid core of 80% limestone and virgin PVC. Designed to withstand extreme temperature changes without warping, this stain-resistant, scratch-resistant and waterproof product is built to withstand everyday chaos from kids, pets and weather – making it the perfect addition to any busy Queensland home. It also features a pre-attached acoustic pad underside to offer added comfort and noise reduction, ideal for application in both commercial and residential spaces. With easy click-lock installation systems, it can be self-installed (or by professionals) over a variety of subfloors, including concrete, timber, vinyl, and tiles. Hybrid Flooring (4.0mm + 3.0mm Underlay) Casa 'N' Premium Collection

The Casa 'N' Premium Collection (by Auslay Flooring) comprises the same high-quality hybrid as their Casa 5.8 Collection - minus the backpad attached to the board. With purchase of this collection, a 3mm acoustic underlayment is supplied (separately) for free. This offers a soft feel underfoot, whilst simultaneously providing acoustic reductions and protecting your float flooring from moisture and substrate movement. It is ideal for installation over cracked concrete, chipboard or ply, timber floorboards, tiles and vinyl. Choose from Quietwalk Plus or Insulayment from MP Global. * Quietwalk Plus - suitable for substrates that are moisture critical. * Insulayment - suitable for substrates that are non-moisture critical.
